If you mean HTML codes, those are turned off by default, and we don't really plan to have them on.

Apparently, having them on isn't recommended by the site as a few users can use it as a kind of hacking.

Who would want to hack this site?

That was kinda uncalled for really.

You just can't take a joke. You guys are way too paranoid. Nobody would hack this place.

You'd be surprised what weird and sick people are out in the world. Ah well, I'm expecting another 'you are paranoid' comment after this anyway.

Your expectations are correct, good sir.

If these people wanted to hack a forum, their targets would be larger; they'd probably shoot for NSider2 or some place like that.

Jet, obviously we aren't referring to TGG.

I'm talking about the few people from across the internet.
Take an example, on both TCF and TGG, I have seen about two users who joined to post porno. They were banned quickly, but the point is even if the internet is huge, there is always a tiny portion that just searches and messes with random boards. Otherwise we wouldn't be having things like Virus Scan on computers.

I know there are people who post random unfriendly images on random forums, but that's easy to handle.

I do agree though with the topic, however. The dohtml tag isn't one to let people use, especially when staff is that concerned about hacking and all that jazz.

The official site says that it is possible for a few people to use the HTML code for hacking purposes.

And there's not really too much you can miss out on without HTML, as you can just link to the videos (and besides, wouldn't that lower the amount of things you have to load on the page?).

Festive Fallout Champion!
Fishy Champion!
Tetris Champion!

I found a much simpler way to describe why we wouldn't use those codes. A very interesting dinner with my family...
